Are these the authentic Mukluk boots all the celebrities are wearing?

They are. In fact, Kate Moss was one of our first customers when we opened in 2003. Since then, Chloe Sevigny, Erin O’Connor, Milla Jovovich, Katherine Heigl, Rachel Weisz and a score of other celebrities have been discovering the effortless comfort and style of Muks Mukluks. And we’re continuing to build our collection, combining tradition and classic comfort to create what’s become a wardrobe essential.

Is it safe to buy from Muklukstore.com?

Yes, your credit card details are encrypted using the highest possible levels of security.

Do you deliver Muks products worldwide?

We use United Fedex to deliver Muks products worldwide from Canada. You’ll be sent a tracking number by email as soon as your Muks are dispatched.

Are Shipping costs and Import Duties and Taxes included in the product price?

Shipping costs will be added to your order and calculated depending on your delivery location – these costs will be itemised on the Checkout page prior to payment. Duties and taxes may be charged by the courier or customs upon importing the items, Muks is NOT responsible for this excess charge.

How long will I have to wait to receive my Muks?

We aim to send your Muks products within three to five working days. We’ll let you know within this period if we can’t fulfil your order for any reason.

Can I send my Muks back if I’m dissatisfied or if they’re the wrong size?

We want you to be satisfied when you shop with us. If you find that the Muks boots you’ve bought online aren’t suitable, you can return them to us unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them. We’ll either exchange them for other products or give you a full refund.

How do I care for my Muks Mukluks?

We recommend treating the suede or leather with a waterproof spray to protect it. Need advice on what brand to choose? Email us at sales@muklukstore.com

Do you make Mukluks for kids?

We certainly do. Take a look at our babies and kids collection.

Do you make Muks in any size?

Yes. To make a special order, just type in the US shoe size you want in the comments box when ordering. Bear in mind that it might take a little time to make your Muks if we don’t have them in stock. Need help with picking the right size? Email us at sales@muklukstore.com

How can I change my order?

To amend or add something to your order, log in to My account. You’ll need your email address and password to log in. Log in to My account now.

Where are Muks made?

All our products are handmade in Canada and our beadwork is hand-sewn by native Aboriginals at local First Nations Reserves
