Delivery & Returns

Please note that Shipping costs and any applicable Import Duties and Taxes are payable in addition to the list price of your Muks and are calculated according to your delivery location – these costs will be itemised on the Checkout page prior to payment.

We aim to send your Muks products within five working days. We'll let you know within this period if we can't fulfil your order for any reason.

We deliver your order by UPS, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You'll need to sign for your Muks, so we recommend you ask them to be delivered to a daytime address such as your workplace.

Sending Muks as gifts

You can have gift items sent to other addresses by email request customer.service@muklukstore.com and we will send the payment details separately to the purchaser's address.

Returning Muks products

We want you to be satisfied when you shop with us. If you find that the Muks you've bought online aren't suitable, you can return them to us unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we don't cover the shipping cost of returning goods. We'll then either exchange them for other products or give you a full refund. If you want to exchange your Muks for another size, check the website for availability first.

Please note that refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.
