Complaints Process
We are proud to offer a fast and efficient online shopping service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us. Either phone +44 (0)207 152 4620 or e-mail customer.services@muklukstore.com
We want to know if things don't run smoothly so we can continue to improve our customer service.
All complaints will come through to our Support Office in London, UK where they will be addressed and dealt with. The phone number is answered between 10am and 5pm weekdays. If you call outside of these hours please leave a message with your name, number and problem and we will phone you back.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within five working days. This can be subject to availability, but you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. Orders are sent by UPS, so they can be tracked if they go missing. They will also need a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. workplace.
You can have gift items sent to other addresses by e-mail request customer.services@muklukstore.com and we will send the payment details separately to the purchaser's address.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you return the boots to us unworn and in their original condition, within 14 days of the date on the receipt, we will either exchange the goods for other products or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If you choose to exchange for another size please check the web site for availability by going to the product and clicking on the size you want - if it appears it is available. Or feel free to email us and we can check sizes for you.
How to Return or Exchange
We provide a Returns/ Exchange form with all our orders - please include the order number and reason for return or exchange. We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay of up to four working days.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it registered post or courier.
Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our secure server software encrypts all transaction details to ensure they are protected as they travel over the internet. Our payments are handled by Sagepay, a world leader in secure online transactions.
No credit card details are held on our server which means no-one can hack in and get them.

We have drawn up these brief guidelines so that you know your information is secure. However, Internet technologies are rapidly evolving so these guidelines are subject to change.

Muks Canada competition: Terms & Conditions
The promotion is open to all people over the age of 18 except for employees (and their families) of Fortune Cookie LTD and MUKS (WORLDWIDE) LTD, 609, THE CHANDLERY, 50 WESTMINSTER BRIDGE ROAD LONDON. SE1 7QY, their agencies or any other company directly connected with administration of this prize draw. Closing date for entries is 22nd February 2012. Entry is via www.muklukstore.com, no purchase necessary to enter prize draw. The prize winners will be randomly drawn under independent supervision and the judge’s decision is final. Entrants must be 18 years old or older on the open date of the Competition.
By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules. First prize includes; return flights from your nearest international airport that flies directly to Montreal, return airport transfers, six nights accommodation in a hotel selected by Mukluks. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a room. Prize cannot be taken over Easter. Accommodation and activities are subject to availability. Prize must be taken before 30th April 2012. Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Winners can extend their trip at their own expense. All flights, unless stated, are non changeable and non transferable. Once a booking is confirmed, any name or date changes must be made in writing. Where name or date changes are possible, they will incur an administration charge or cancellation fee per and additional supplier costs. Winners requested departure date must have a minimum of 45 days notice after completion of winner form unless stated otherwise.
No refunds for unused prizes. Prizes are non-transferable unless specified otherwise. Muks reserve the right to change the prize for another of equivalent value. Unless otherwise notified, Muks (Worldwide) Limited will assume that all winners & guests have a full passport, valid for at least 6 months on date of travel. Visas are the responsibility of winners. MUKS will liaise directly with competition winners once their details have been announced. Winners should allow up to one calendar month for their prize to be confirmed.
Winners may be required to take part in publicity. Winners names and counties can be obtained by sending an SAE to ”Winners: Canada Competition”, MUKS (WORLDWIDE) LTD, 609, THE CHANDLERY, 50 WESTMINSTER BRIDGE ROAD LONDON. SE1 7QY. Any questions related to this prize draw should also be sent to this address.
